Our story
After several wonderful years living on a narrowboat, I fell in love with the countryside, outdoor living, and the relaxed charm of rustic interiors. The peaceful lifestyle inspired my passion for shabby chic and country-style home and garden décor. What started as a personal love of creating cosy, character-filled spaces has grown into a business where I can share that passion with others. Every item is chosen to reflect the warmth, beauty, and timeless appeal of country living.
Our history
After raising our three sons, we decided to embark on a new adventure and spent several wonderful years living on a narrowboat. Life on the water gave us countless happy memories and experiences that we will always treasure.
We have always been passionate dog lovers and currently share our lives with two beautiful dogs: Fraser, our adorable Gordon Setter, and Sebastian ("Sebbie"), our mischievous English Setter, who keeps us constantly entertained.
When our first grandchild was born, we made the decision to return to life on land so that we could be closer to our growing family. It was during this exciting new chapter that the idea for our business began to take shape and soon grew into the venture it is today.
Our love of family, dogs, and creating meaningful experiences continues to inspire everything we do.
